RETURN OF NEW / UNUSED PRODUCTS

All new and unused items must be returned in their original packaging within 30 days of the date of purchase on the invoice. Items can be either credited, refunded, or exchanged.
The customer who has a Meunier Tools account must obtain beforehand a return authorization by sending a request for return of goods (RMA). he request must be made by email to the seller who processed your initial purchase request or to the following email: info@outillagemeunier.com
Include a copy of « Return goods authorization » form with your shipment.
Any goods returned after the allotted period of (30) days will be subject to a minimum restocking charge of 15%.
Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
The shipping costs of the return of the goods are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that a return made without having respected the terms and conditions may be refused.

All new, unused items, which were special ordered when originally purchased, will have a restocking fee ranging from 15% to 30% (fee determined by supplier) and will be charged and subtracted automatically when refunding.
